Patient safety is our top priority, and we follow a strict 6-step sterilization process to ensure every instrument is thoroughly cleaned, sealed, and autoclaved. From initial washing to final storage, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene for a completely safe dental experience.
Soaking & Washing
Instruments are soaked in solution and washed to remove blood, saliva, and debris.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
High-frequency sound waves remove particles from hard-to-reach instrument surfaces.
Handpiece Lubrication
Handpieces are lubricated carefully to maintain smooth function and durability.
Packaging & Sealing
All clean instruments are packed in sterilization pouches and sealed to maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination.
Autoclave Sterilization
The sealed instruments are placed in an autoclave, where high-pressure steam at high temperatures eliminates all bacteria, viruses, and spores.
Storage
Finally, sterilized instruments are stored in a sterile environment until they are ready for use, ensuring complete safety for every patient.
Medical Waste Management
After every clinical/surgical procedure Smile Zone disposes individual Waste to the Central Closed tight Bin. At the end of the day all Garbage’s should clean and disposes.
Smile Zone have a MoU with Prism Bangladesh, an authorized Medical Waste Management Company certified by Dhaka City Corporation for the protection of Environment and save the nature by proper disposing Medical Waste.
